Buildings survey

An existing survey of the state of buildings in the vicinity of a construction area is necessary as an insurance requirement prior to the start of contracting work.

The purpose of the survey is to document the “zero state” of buildings in the vicinity of the construction site, in order to provide information regarding damages that may have been caused by the construction process itself.

The survey conducted by Gabi Shoef includes a review of various parameters and their documentation in a detailed and comprehensive findings report:

• Documentation of existing cracks
• Condition of the plaster
• Condition of cladding stones
• Floor tiles
• etc.
